Earth Day Is Best Celebrated With Flowers

On April 22, the nation observes an annual Earth Day celebration. Earth Day came into being in 1970. Since then, the observance has always revolved around helping people learn that we’re supposed to be the stewards that take care of an protect our precious planet. And the Schaaf Floral team believes that one way to observe, celebrate, and honor this non-official national observance is through flowers and green or blooming plants.

We’ve chosen to showcase Garden Grandeur today. It’s a design that captures the essence of a garden in full bloom, and its sunny colors convey the feeling of spring – and we’re sure that our Minneapolis metro area customers and neighbors are desperate to experience spring this year. The design includes Alstroemeria, button poms, roses, sunflowers, and wax flowers. The arrangement comes in a reusable glass vase with a decorative raffia ribbon. This lush and brightly colored bouquet will chase the winter blues away and assure you that spring is on its way, and for Minnesotans, that can’t happen soon enough.

Garden Grandeur Mixed Floral ArrangementAt Schaaf Floral, we believe that every occasion is better with flowers. And Earth Day is no exception. We encourage you to fill your home and workplace with spring blooming flowers and plants. Give someone an unexpected gift of a plant or flower arrangement. We’re here to help you choose a product we have on hand, or help you customize a design that features the flowers of your choosing, and any other green or decorative accents.
